Restoration to job and reimbursement for non-attendance

You are authorized to apply to court and require the restoration to your job and the reimbursement for non-attendance as well.

Has the court met your demand regarding the restoration to the job and the reimbursement for non-attendance and now you don't know how to require the execution of the court decision?

Apply to the relevant territorial office of NBE in compliance with the location of a debtor or the situation of his/her property and present the following documents:

• Enforcement sheet (original)

• Certified copy of the decision

• Reimbursement demand for non-attendance - 2% and no less than 50 GEL

• ID

• Warrant (in case an applicant is a representative, not the interested party himself/herself)

Remember that a creditor (a person having been restored to job) is free from paying the enforcement due.
