Malkhaz Tsukhishvili was born on 20 September, 1975 in Adigeni. He graduated from the Bolajuri public school in 1992.
In 1994-1998 he studied law at the Police Academy of MIA.
In 1998-2000 he worked as a legal consultant for the NGO "Union of Democratic Meskhs"
In 2000 -2001 - an advocate at the NGO "Union of Independent Lawyers"
In 2001-2002 - the Head of Samtskhe-Javakheti Enforcement Bureau
In 2002-2004 - Deputy Head at the NGO "Union of Independent Lawyers
