Guram Kutidze was born on 14 January, 1978 in Tbilisi, Georgia.
1995 - he graduated from public school #5 in Tbilisi
1996-2001 - he studied at the Academy of the Ministry of State Security of Georgia, he was granted a qualification of a lawyer
2001-2004 - Operative Officer for the Counterintelligence Service of the Ministry of State Security of Georgia
2005-2006 - Senior Operative Officer for the Constitutional Security Department of Georgia's MIA
2006-2009 - Inspector-Investigator at the Revenue Service of Georgia's MoF
2009-2010 - Enforcement Officer at Tbilisi Enforcement Bureau
2010-2011 - Adviser at Regional Supervision Office of NBE
2011-2012 - Head of Kvemo Kartli Enforcement Bureau - territorial body of NBE.
Since 24 May, 2012 he has been appointed to the position of the Head of Shida Kartli and Mtskheta-Mtianeti Enforcement Bureau - territorial body of NBE.
He has a good command of Russian and German
He has got a spouse and two children.
