Erekle Ghvinianidze, Chairman of the National Bureau of Enforcement met with the executives of the Tbilisi Enforcement Bureau.
Current issues and challenges as well as future plans were discussed at the meeting. According to Erekle Ghvinianidze, before the adoption of the new Code, the National Bureau of Enforcement should further refine and make the enforcement system more efficient. Also, the structural arrangement of bailiffs is changing, which will facilitate the timely and efficient completion of each enforcement case.
