The Deputy Minister of Justice of Georgia - Erekle Ghvinianidze and the Chairperson of the National Bureau of Enforcement - Mirian Kharabadze extended the invitation to honorable guests to congratulate the enforcement officers on their Professional Day.Throughout the duration of the ceremonies, guests got acquainted with the report of the work and the results achieved by the Territorial Bureaus of the National Bureau of Enforcement and entrusted public bodies.
The "Mediation in the Enforcement Proceedings" project, the recipient of the Ministry of Justice Grant Program, has been successfully implemented. The project's outcomes were assessed by the project's authors and participants, alongside Deputy Ministers of Justice, Tornike Cheishvili and Erekle Ghvinianidze.
The Minister of Justice, accompanied by his deputies and the Chairperson of the National Bureau of Enforcement, presented prestigious state honors to the enforcement policemen for their exceptional professionalism in carrying out their duties, while also expressing gratitude for their diligent commitment to their responsibilities.

During a Minister's Hour, Rati Bregadze emphasized the high results of the reconciliation achieved with the involvement of social workers and parties' interest managers in the category of compulsory enforcement and eviction.

Speaking about the development of international relations and sharing international practice, Rati Bregadze focused on the International Conference of Judicial Officers hosted by Georgia in September 2022.
The National Bureau of Enforcement and Tbilisi Free Academy have signed a Memorandum on Cooperation. According to the Memorandum, in scope of a Law Bachelor Program, a practical study course will be developed for students in order to advance their professional skills. At the same time, the National Bureau of Enforcement will conduct trainings and seminars for the students of Tbilisi Free Academy in order to raise their awareness of the enforcement process and to popularize the profession of a judicial officer. Based on the agreement, the National Bureau of Enforcement undertakes the obligation to facilitate the improvement of the students' respect practical skills and involve them into the Bureau's work.
Erekle Ghvinianidze introduced the members of the International Union's permanent council to the results of active partnership with international organizations and thanked them for their cooperation. The Deputy Minister has paid particular attention to modern and digital services introduced in the Georgian enforcement system such as: Statement of facts, simplified proceedings, electronic enforcement proceedings program etc. These programs made proceeding more flexible for judicial officers and more available for citizens.

During the seminar, they were acquainted with the enforcement system of Georgia, legal base of launching the enforcement, its stages, electronic auction; also, real cases were discussed and reviewed.
A training on the services of the National Bureau of Enforcement and the enforcement proceedings was held for law faculty students of Georgian National University.The future lawyers received the information about the activities of the National Bureau of Enforcement. During the seminar, they were acquainted with the enforcement system of Georgia, legal base of launching the enforcement, its stages, electronic auction; also, real cases were discussed and reviewed.
Representatives of the National Bureau of Enforcement introduced the members of the Private Judicial Officers Association of Ukraine to the enforcement system of Georgia, the electronic services and the structure of the Bureau. Georgian and Ukrainian colleagues held the working meeting via an online platform. They discussed the functions and obligations of the National Bureau of Enforcement and those of private judicial officers. The representatives of the Bureau shared with their colleagues the experience of working with the mixed model and the planned reforms. Ukrainian party was especially interested with the role and functions of the Enforcement Police of the National Bureau of Enforcement in the process of enforcement.
