Lasha Modzgvrishvili was born on October 3, 1987.
In 2005-2009 he studied at the Georgian Customs Academy, Faculty of Law;
From 2019 to present he studies at the Georgian Technical University, Faculty of Law (Master's degree)
In 2009 he completed an internship at the Tbilisi City Court;
Passed the Bar Qualification Exam in 2009;
2010-2015 Worked as an executive at Kakheti Enforcement Bureau, LEPL National Bureau of Enforcement;
Since 2016 he has been a member of the fact-finding commission in Kakheti region;
2015-2017 - Chief Executive Officer of Kakheti Enforcement Bureau of LEPL National Bureau of Enforcement;
2017-2021 - Head of Kakheti Enforcement Bureau of LEPL National Bureau of Enforcement;
On May 7, 2021 was appointed as a Deputy Chairman of the LEPL National Bureau of Enforcement;
Is fluent in German and Russian languages;
Has been awarded with the qualification of an international trainer.
