Entity defined by the Law of Georgia "On Entrepreneurs" that is registered in the Industrial and Non-Industrial Entity Registry of the Public Registry National Agency and acquires rights and responsibilities on its own behalf, can act as plaintiff and respondent. Other registered organizations are also considered to be legal entities (e.g. legal entity of public law).
