Repeated Auction:
• In case an item hasn't been realized at an initial auction, enforcement officer announces a repeated auction
• Repeated auction is conducted the same way as the initial one
• The price of the item at a repeated auction is 0 GEL
Zero Auction when market value of property is below 5000 GEL
If the market value of the property is below 5000 GEL, only one auction is held and starting price is identified by the order issued by the Minister of Justice of Georgia. If such auction has no winner, the property is unattached had been attached in favour of the creditor conducting the compulsory realization). No enforcement proceeding will be further conducted on the property in favor of the same claim of the same creditor.
