• After an E-auction-winner makes a full payment, NBE issues a relevant order for the person having property rights on the purchased items.
• Some kinds of property, namely, mechanic vehicles and civil firearms, is delivered to the purchaser in the relevant territorial body of NBE after presenting the document certifying the property right by the registering institution.
• After receiving an order and an appropriate notification, an e-auction winner has to take the movables within 15 workdays
• If a buyer hasn't made a full payment within 10 calendar days, she/he loses the sum paid as a guarantee due on the day of the auction
• An enforcement officer annuls an auction results and re-announces an auction within 3 calendar days. (it isn't considered as a repeated one)
• The commitment of NBE to deliver the property to an e-auction winner is considered fulfilled immediately after the relevant order has been delivered.
