Socially Vulnerable, Retired, War and Defense Veterans, People with Disabilities, Single Parents, Minors and Internally Displaced Persons Will Be Exempted from Administrative Sanctions on one-time basis - The draft law prepared by the Ministry of Justice of Georgia has been approved by the Parliament.The project will cover about 37 350 cases. According to the law, citizens will be exempted from the sanctions in amount of approximately 23 538 178 GEL. Persons who have committed administrative offenses before January 15, 2019, will be exempted. The law will also list the penalties accrued on the citizens along with the fines.
