The delegation of the students of the Faculty of Law and the young lawyers from Sweden visited the National Bureau of Enforcement. Foreign young people got acquainted with the activities of the Bureau and the legal enforcement process. They attended the presentation about the Georgian enforcement system and its comparison with the forms of arrangement of the European and American enforcement systems.
The National Bureau of Enforcement and the European Law Students' Association - Georgia signed the Memorandum of Cooperation. Within the frameworks of the Memorandum, the Bureau undertakes to provide 5-day training for 20 ELSA member students, studying at the Faculty of Law in various universities of Georgia. The students are going to attend the general course in the theoretical and practical issues of enforcement law in the National Bureau of Enforcement from April 18 until April 22.
International Conference on Opportunities for Optimization of the Insolvency SystemThe Guidebook of Major Insolvency Reforms in Georgia - a conference with the same name was organized at the Hotel "Courtyard Marriott" by the International Organization of Cooperation of Germany, the Ministry of Justice of Georgia and the National Bureau of Enforcement. The principal aim of the conference was to study the opportunities for optimization of the insolvency system of Georgia.
