The National Bureau of Enforcement publishes the statistics of agreement for 6 months of 2016.From January to June, 2016, inclusive, the number of agreement and apportionment cases totaled 4 097.During the reporting period, the forced eviction was not carried out in 280 cases, respectively, the case ended in agreement.In the same period, the auction announced as a result of agreement was terminated in 238 cases and the property was not sold.From January to June, 2016, inclusive, apportionment of state fee, fine was provided for 2 563 citizens in relation to administrative and criminal cases.
The Service Development Office of the National Bureau of Enforcement publishes the report of the activities carried out from August, 2015 until July, 2016. The Office carried out the projects of different importance and size during the period of one year, resulting in even more rapidity and efficiency of the enforcement process. Besides, fulfillment of the projects contributed to transparency of the system and efficient participation of the parties in the proceedings.
From January to June 2016, inclusive, the social workers of the National Bureau of Enforcement carried out 3048 activities through their participation in the cases of eviction and dismantling, alimony, auction services and other categories. With the active participation of the social workers and mediation with the parties, 125 proceedings out of 169 eviction cases ended with reconciliation. Up to 30 cases of alimony category ended with reconciliation, and forced auction was not held in 166 cases due to agreement of the parties.
The Parties' Interests Protection Office of the National Bureau of Enforcement presents the report about the activities carried out during 6 months.The Office carried out more than 1800 activities in total from January to June 2016, inclusive.738 meetings were held with the parties, where the questions asked by the citizens were studied and fulfillment of their requirements was further coordinated. In addition, during this period the Office considered 571 applications and written responses to the questions asked in the applications were prepared for the purpose of providing the citizens with legal consultation or information.
National Bureau of Enforcement held a conference in honor of the World Day of Judicial Officers, which was attended by the Minister of Justice of Georgia. Ms. Thea Tsulukiani congratulated the judicial officers on their professional day and thanked them for the professionalism shown in performance of their activities. The Minister highlighted the fact that in recent years the attitude of the judicial officers to the citizens completely changed and they became oriented towards conciliation of the parties and mediation.

The employees of the National Bureau of Enforcement provided assistance to the socially vulnerable large family on the occasion of the Children's Day. They bought primary household appliances, food, clothes and toys for 7 minor children of Rusudan Kitiashvili with collected money. This socially vulnerable large family lives in poor conditions in the building of the Research Institute. The biggest child is 16 years old and the youngest is 8 months old.
Ms. Thea Tsulukiani, the Minister of Justice celebrated the Police Day together with the staff of the National Bureau of Enforcement. The Minister congratulated the policemen on their professional day personally and gave special awards to the employees of the police division to celebrate this day.
