The students of the Faculty of Law of Tbilisi State University passed the general course of enforcement law in the National Bureau of Enforcement. The trainings were held within the frameworks of the joint project of Tbilisi State University self-government and the Bureau. The participants were awarded with the certificates upon completion of the course.
The National Bureau of Enforcement celebrates its 8th anniversary from the date of establishment. In connection with this date various events were held in the Bureau. According to the order of Mr. Ioseb Bagaturia, the head of the Bureau, 24 employees were announced gratitude for the conscientious performance of official duties in the personal case. In addition, the sports activities and football tournaments were held among the service of the Bureau and the territorial bureaus.
Memorandum of cooperation was signed between the National Bureau of of Enforcement and the TSU Self-Government. Within the frameworks of the above memorandum, the Bureau undertakes to conduct the five-day training for 20 students of the Faculty of Law of Tbilisi State University. The students will attend the general course on theoretical and practical issues of the enforcement law in the National Bureau of Enforcement from October 31 until November 4.
The National Bureau of Enforcement hosted the Blood Donation campaign.Within the campaign, the employees of the National Bureau of Enforcement donated blood for replenishment of the blood stock of Natalia Kvantaliani Central Blood Bank.
The employees of the National Bureau of Enforcement attended 2-day training on the topic - "Time Management" in the Training Center of Justice. This course provides combination of techniques and methods, which allows the training participants, to comprehend the value of time in the process of fulfillment of work, to develop the right attitude to this resource, on the one hand, and to acquire necessary knowledge and skills through self-assessment, which will help them in better management of the assigned works and better planning of personal development, on the other hand.
On August 18-19, 2016, the delegation of the National Bureau of Enforcement visited the Republic of Belarus. Within the frameworks of the visit, the working meetings were held with the representatives of the Ministry of Justice of Belarus and the representatives of senior management of the relevant enforcement institutions for the purpose of exchanging information on the practice of the enforcement proceedings and the fulfilled reforms.
The National Bureau of Enforcement publishes the report of summary proceedings for 6 months of 2016, according to which the demand for the summary proceedings is growing every year. At the same time, the number of cases ended in agreement increases as well. During 6 months of 2016, the Summary Proceedings Service received 8 734 applications on payment of debt, of which only 201 applicants were refused due to the requirements of the law, and 8 014 cases were transferred to the case-managers.
The National Bureau of Enforcement publishes statistics of consultations provided to the citizens by the Proceedings and Information Service during the 6 months of 2016.From January to June 2016, inclusive, the National Bureau of Enforcement provided consultations to 92 367 people on various issues, including:
