The project of new arrangement of the execution code and execution system was introduced by the chairman of the national execution bureau to the representatives of business ombudsman apparatus and distributor companies. On the meeting the guests received information about that innovations according to which the Georgia executive system and national execution bureau will be more transparent and effective.
The national execution bureau and technical university of Georgia begin new practical collaboration. There was formed the mutual collaboration memorandum between high educational facilities and LEPL national execution bureau of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia.The aim of the agreement is to deepen the collaboration between university and bureau, implementation on common events, support of professional development of the students and preparation of qualified staff.
The national execution bureau publishes the report of activity of 2017 year. During last 5 years, bureau choose as main strategy the protection of the interests of the parties and completion of litigations with settlement. With involvement of social workers and protection services of interests of parties created in the frame of bureau, by executive bureaus and execution police with settlement was completed more than 13 thousand cases.

From January including September of 2017, the Services and Brand Development Office of National Bureau of Enforcement provided 168 904 different kinds of consultation to citizens. Including:
Employees of National Bureau of Enforcement organized exhibition-sale of paintings and handmade items. The staff of the Bureau dedicated the exhibition of their works to the opening of a new police building. The exhibition included oil, gouache, dye and pastel paintings, graphic works, handmade accessories, knitted hats and more. Selling of the items was arranged between employees of National Bureau of Enforcement. The bureau will transfer the received funds to charity organization - the Mothers' Fund.
Representatives of the Kazakhstan Government, Ministry of Economy and non-governmental sector visited the National Bureau of Enforcement and got acquainted with the specificity of the activities of agency in detail, including the stages of enforcement proceedings, the approach of the bureau towards debtors, the policy and the results of the agreement. The e-auction and non-enforcement services of National Bureau of Enforcement came in the field of interest of the guests: simplified proceedings, statement of facts, assessment, and insolvency.The guests visited the Office of National Bureau of Enforcement and viewed the space of consultation with citizens.
For the first time during the existence of the enforcement police, a comfortable and well-equipped office was built which was especially adapted to their needs. The new building was opened by the Minister of Justice and the Chairman of the National Bureau of Enforcement.The new police office is adapted both to the interests of employees and citizens. Separate spaces in the building are allocated for receiving consultation services and citizens. As a majority of LEPLs operating in the field of the Ministry of Justice, the building of enforcement police is also fully adapted to persons with disabilities.
