Chairman of the National Bureau of Enforcement and invited guests congratulated Judicial officers their international professional day. The ceremonial event was held on the day of Judicial officers, where the chairman of the bureau and invited guests were introduced to the reports by territorial enforcement bureaus and supporting services. The work of Judicial officers is growing. The number of cases are increasing, as well as the indicator of individual approach, settlement and distribution of payment in these cases. At the same time, e-services are being developed and refined, which means more transparency in enforcement proceedings and maximum informing-involvement of the parties'.
The National Bureau of Enforcement presented the report about the fact statement service of the bureau at the International Judicial Officers Conference. Representatives of the Bureau talked about the specifics of functioning and development of the service. The International Conference organized by the International Union of Judicial Officers (UIHJ) was held in Berlin, Germany. The President of the Union, Mark Schmitz introduced the annual report to the Association to the Members (of UIHJ) and talked about future plans.

In connection with the Police Day, the event was held where Chairman of the Bureau and invited guests were informed about the activities carried out by the enforcement police and officers of protection service of the interests of the parties. Over the last few years in the framework of the National Bureau of Enforcement, enforcement police is oriented towards voluntary conciliation and settlement of the cases.
The Government of Georgia approved the draft law submitted by the Minister of Justice, which envisages a single time exempt from administrative payments socially vulnerable, pensioners, veterans of war and military forces, disabled persons and single parents. The project, in total, will cover up to 33,000 cases. According to the law prepared by the Ministry of Justice, penalties and penalty interests in the amount of 22 million Gel will be written off. Those persons will be exempt from the penalty who had committed administrative offenses until 15 January 2019. The law along with accrued penalty will write off the penalty interests.
The National Bureau of Enforcement publishes the report of activities of 2018. During the last year, the main strategy of the Bureau was to defend the interests of the parties and to complete the disputes by resolution. With the involvement of the Parties' Interests Protection Service and social workers within the Bureau, during the year 2018, by the enforcement bureaus and enforcement police division 15,000 cases were completed by resolution.
The National Bureau of Enforcement was named as the most sociable agency among the public institutions. The organization "Young Lawyers" has identified the nominees and nominations of the year within the framework of their summarizing event. By the decision of the executive team of "Young Lawyers" nominations were awarded to those public agencies, private organizations and journalists who fulfilled professional liabilities scrupulously.
The Kuwaiti delegation got acquainted with the activities of the National Bureau of Enforcement and the specificity of enforcement proceedings.The guests received information about the Georgian enforcement system, procedures and stages planning, electronic and non-enforcement services of the bureau. Electronic proceedings and auction were of particular interest from them. Determination of facts and simplified proceeding services caused fervent. The National Bureau of Enforcement presented to the guests the innovative reforms and institutional changes planned by the new project of Code of Enforcement Proceedings, and institutional amendments, by which is created a completely new enforcement model in Georgia.
The autumn session of Permanent Council of International Executives Association (UIHJ) was held in Paris, France, which was attended by the representatives of National Enforcement Bureau. At the conference, member states of the Association of the Enforcement System presented the report on the enforcement system and service development of their country. Within the framework of the visit, by the invitation of the Vice President of the Chamber of France, Patrick Safari, the Georgian delegation was in Enforcement Chamber of France (French Huissiers de Justice), where they got acquainted the specificity of the work of French Colleagues and were showed around work environment.
