National Bureau of Enforcement was established in 2000. Prior to its establishment, bailiffs worked in court premises enforcing the court decisions. They had cases classified according to the districts of Tbilisi.
National Bureau of Enforcement makes a report concerning the conducted reforms and the implementation of new services. The report is targeted at improvement of the Bureau operations. The overall goal is to comply enforcement legislation with European standards.
The aim of the Code of Conduct is to determine specific rules of behaviour based on the moral principles imposed by the state and the society; and ensure that all employees maintain their professional merit, show respect and secure high quality performance of their duties.
