Sequestration - compulsory management of property is one of the types of enforcement. You as a creditor are authorized to present an application and call for the delivery of the enforcement-bound item to a manager appointed by court, instead of compulsory mortgage registration of the enforced item or/and the realization of it at the auction.
It has to be mentioned that, during the application for enforcement at NBE, creditor himself defines the type of enforcement he wants to apply for.
Creditor is not eligible to request for the several types of enforcement simultaneously. Though, before his demand is fully recovered, he can ask for the replacement of the one type of enforcement with another.
Finally, sequestration is not permitted in relation to the property that isn't bound to sequestration according to the law on enforcement issues.
