Mirian Kharabadze has many years of experience working in the bureau. For years he was the head of the Enforcement Bureaus of Imereti, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti, Adjara and Guria, and since 2017 he has been the Deputy Chairman of the National Bureau of Enforcement.
According to the Deputy Minister of Justice, the Acting Chairman of the Bureau will continue the initiated reforms and at the same time the Bureau will prepare for the systemic reform, which means the creation of a Chamber of Executive officers and the transition to a private enforcement system. According to Mirian Kharabadze, the reforms that have already started in the bureau under the leadership of Erekle Ghvinianidze will continue. Including the complete digitization of the Bureau's activities and services, the creation of new services and the more efficiency of enforcement proceedings.
