The digital archive of the National Bureau of Enforcement has already been launched. The materials of enforcement proceedings and other types of cases were completely digitized. According to the Chairman of the National Bureau of Enforcement, the bureau plans to fully implement the principles of digital governance in its activities, which mean the digitization of documentation and automation of processes within the enforcement proceedings, services, archives and other services.
According to Erekle Ghvinianidze, "The National Bureau of Enforcement is moving to the most modern technological stage of conducting activities, when the Bureau will minimize the use of paper. The case management process in the bureau will, in fact, be carried out completely electronically."
To create a modern electronic archive, the bureau digitized the information of up to 350 thousand enforcement cases, while the hard copies were destroyed. Also, up to 500 thousand other types of correspondence were destroyed, which had expired materially.
The existence of a digital archive will significantly reduce the user's time and financial resources, as any person will be able to engage in his / her enforcement case, receive information and documentation within the case without leaving home, electronically.
