The National Bureau of Enforcement publishes statistics for the 9-month settlement rate in 2021.
From January to September 2021, the settlement and distribution rate between the parties at the National Bureau of Enforcement was 6,285 units; During the reporting period, 95 cases of dispossession of property from illegal possession were settled and, consequently, forced evictions were not carried out;
During the same period, the auction announced as a result of the settlement was terminated in 325 cases and the property was not sold;
From January to September 2021, state fines, related to state duty, administrative and criminal cases were distributed for 4 632 citizens.
Out of 8,807 alimony cases in the National Bureau of Enforcement at the end of September 2021 - 3,977 cases have been settled. In order to reach an agreement between the parties, the National Bureau of Enforcement is actively involved in the enforcement proceedings by the managers and social workers of the interests of the parties. Their main goal is to organize meetings, consultations, cooperation and petitions with the relevant state agencies, depending on the specifics of the case, in the process of case management.
