The National Bureau of Enforcement publishes statistics on consultations for citizens during the first 9 months of 2021.
From January to September 2021, the Service and Brand Development Service of the National Bureau of Enforcement provided 252,053 different types of consultations to citizens. Among them: 238,410 telephone calls were received and consulted, which is several thousand more than last year; 13 643 important questions for citizens received by e-mail were answered;
2 249 citizens were consulted through the social network;
Online consultation was provided to 589 citizens.
