October 1 marked the 13th anniversary of the establishment of the National Enforcement Bureau as a LEPL.
In recent years, LEPL National Bureau of Enforcement has been trying its best to keep pace with global technological development and is introducing/developing digital management in case management. Especially during the pandemic, the bureau managed to make all services accessible remotely and electronically.
In addition to an effective enforcement system, the National Bureau of Enforcement continues legal reforms, as well as the development of existing e-services and the introduction of new services.
Work is underway to digitize enforcement proceedings - the so-called e-Assistant program, which can perform a number of enforcement actions without the physical intervention of the bailiff. The program will save about 35 percent of the time and resources of the bailiff.
A simplified digital case management platform is being created, where citizens will be able to register a request for a service (application) electronically without leaving home.
At the same time, the program allows the user to track the progress of his case electronically.
Digital Archive - Another important project being introduced at the National Bureau of Enforcement. Upon completion of the proceedings, the program itself will archive copies of the proceedings and documentation electronically, and the originals will be returned to the parties.
The original files of the proceedings, as well as the creation-printing and conversion of any type of documentation and correspondence in the National Bureau of Enforcement will be carried out using an electronic device.
The Parliament of Georgia is reviewing the new Code of Enforcement, which will completely change the enforcement system in the country. A Chamber of Bailiffs will be created and enforcement proceedings will be carried out by private bailiffs. Over the years, the National Bureau of Enforcement has been providing customers with a number of essential services in addition to enforcement proceedings: statement of facts, summary proceedings, evaluation, E-auction, and others. The protection of the interests of the parties and the involvement of the social worker in the enforcement proceedings have been introduced. The rate of settlement of the parties is increasing every year.
LEPL National Bureau of Enforcement turned 13 years old and today it is a completely transparent, modern type of state organization.
