The National Bureau of Enforcement publishes the 6-month report on simplified case management of 2021.
From January to June 2021, 13,199 debt repayment applications were submitted to the Simplified Case Management Service;
In 6 months, the Simplified Case Management Service completed 9070 cases;
Out of the completed cases in the mentioned period, within 10 days of voluntary payment, payment was made in 79, and the agreement was approved in 2013 cases.
Demand for the service is increasing, as there are frequent decisions on the distribution of funds, as well as the number of cases completed within the agreement and voluntary payment period as a result of simplified case management.
Simplified case management is a service of the National Bureau of Enforcement, which allows citizens to quickly and at a lower cost meet their monetary demand without a court. The applicant can apply for simplified proceedings even if the respondent (the debtor) has a cash debt, the payment of which has expired and which is documented.
