The National Bureau of Enforcement publishes statistics on the 6-month agreement rate for 2021.
From January to June 2021, the agreement and restructuring rate between the parties at the National Bureau of Enforcement was 4126 units;
During the reporting period, 59 cases of illegal property claims were settled and, consequently, forced evictions were not carried out;
During the same period, as a result of the agreement, the announced auction was terminated in 222 cases and the property was not sold;
From January to June 2021, state taxes, administrative and criminal penalties of 3,117 citizens were restructured;
Out of 8812 units of alimony existing in the proceedings of the National Bureau of Enforcement 3,941 cases have been settled at the end of June 2021.
To reach an agreement between the parties, the National Bureau of Enforcement is actively involved in the enforcement proceedings by the interests of the parties and social workers. Their main goal is to organize meetings, consultations, cooperation, and petitions with the relevant state agencies, depending on the specifics of the case, in the process of case management.
