National Bureau of Enforcement publishes statistics of rendered consultations for citizens within 6 months of 2019.
From January including June of 2019, the Customer Relations Department of Services and Brand Development office of National Bureau of Enforcement has provided 162 493 different kinds of consultation to citizens. Including:
- 140 915 citizens' telephone calls were received and consulted, which is more than several thousand units compared to last year;
- Direct consultation was provided to 20 619 citizens;
- The 959 important questions for citizens, received by email were answered.
The National Bureau of Enforcement is ready to provide legal advice to any side of the enforcement proceedings to protect their interests and rights.
