National Bureau of Execution is publishing the 9 months report of a simplified clerical work of 2018. 31, 651 applications about payment of the debt were submitted in the simplified clerical service from January-September, 2018. During 9 months clerical service completed 19,180 cases in a simplified way for 9 months.
During this period payment was implemented for 181 cases within 10 days based on voluntary payment, while agreement was confirmed in 2, 663 cases.
The demand on the service is increasing, as the decisions about dividing of the amount is often, as well as the number of the completed cases by negotiation and voluntary payment term is increasing. The dynamic of application submission is increasing and accordingly, the number of the submitted applications for the first 9 months was increased by several thousand compared to the same period of last year. The demand on the service is increasing, as the decisions regarding to the prolonging terms of the payment, as well as the number of the negotiations and meeting of voluntary payment terms are higher due to simplified proceedings. The dynamics of the appeals is increasing. Simplified proceeding is the service of the National Bureau of Execution, enabling citizens to meet their monetary demand faster without court and with less expense. An appellate is able to apply simplified proceedings in case a respondent (a debtor) has a financial debt, the payment term is expired and it is proved by the documentation.
