The National Bureau of Execution publishes 9 months data of negotiation for 2018.
Since January to September, 2018 the index of negotiation and distribution of the charges by the National Bureau of Execution is 10, 829 cases.
During the reporting period 247 cases were completed by the negotiation out of cases of illegal property re-claim and accordingly, forced re-settlement was not implemented.
At the same time, the auction announced as a result of the negotiation was terminated in 358 cases and the property was not sold.
Since January to September, 2018 prolonging of the payment of state charge, administrative and criminal case related fees took place for 8, 026 citizens;
At the end of September, 2018 4,186 cases out of 8, 331 alimonies proceeded by the National Bureau of Execution were regulated.
For settlement of the parties during execution proceedings, the managers of the protecting interests of the involved parties and social workers were actively included by the National Bureau of Execution. The key goal is to organize the meeting and settlement of the parties based on the specifics of the case during the proceeding process, provide consultations, cooperate and mediate with the respective state agencies for getting support.
The National Bureau of Execution is committed to complete the dispute between the parties by resolution.
