During 9 months of 2018, the National Bureau of Execution publishes the statistics of provided consultations to the citizens.
Since January to September 2018, the services and brand development service of the National Bureau of Execution provided 177, 414 different kind of consultations to the citizens, including - there were call of 140, 454 citizens who were provided phone advises, it is thousand more compared to previous year.
- Direct consultation - different kind of consultations were provided to the citizens, including:
- phone calls were made and phone consultation was provided to the citizens, which is several thousand higher compared to the previous year.
- direct consultations were provided to 35, 471 citizens;
- 1 489 important questions received by e-mail from the citizens were answered.
The National Bureau of Execution is read to provide legal consultations to any party of the execution proceedings, defend interests and rights.
