The Students of Tbilisi State University attended the general course of law in the National Bureau of Execution. The trainings were conducted within the frame of joint project of TSU self-governance and bureau. After completion of the course the participants received the certificate. About 50 students of TSU law department attended the theoretical and practical general course of execution law.
Future lawyers received the information about activities of the National Bureau of Execution. During the seminars they were introduced with the Georgian execution system; the structure of the executive entities, legal statuses and competences, the execution proceeding participant parties and their legal status; The legal ground for starting execution; execution stages; the discussions were held and students discussed the real cases. Students heard the claims about the services of the National Bureau of Execution, including debtors' registry, electronic execution, and statement of the facts, simplified proceeding, and insolvency.
The goal of the project is awareness raising of the students regarding to the National Bureau of Execution and execution system; increase interest towards executive activities and stimulating initiative.
The trainings about execution issues were conducted by the staff of the National Bureau of Execution: Ekaterine Akhalkatsi, Mariam Kldiashvili, Ekaterine Markhvadze and Paata Shamugia.
