In the Kingdom of Thailand was held 23th congress on international association of executors, in which was participating 91 member states, among them, LEPL Execution National Bureau of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia.
The main subject of the congress was secured and sustainable execution provision, as essential element of the good management. "Good management" aims effective communication, social active involvement in the processes and maximal consideration of their interests, which generally makes this process legal. There was determined the role of the executor inj this process. Executor is not only good management important element, also secured and sustainable justice guarantee.
The participants of the conference agrees on the following fundamental principles:
- The executor should always have that data which is necessary for the controller with the high protection legal obligation standard;
- Also there is possible of process the personal data taking into consideration high public interest and with the supervision of the controller.
On 23th international congress the election of new president was held, where Georgia was represented with 3 voting right. The active vice-president Mark Shmitz gains the winning votes.
The deputy chairmen of national execution bureau of Georgia, Levan Garakanidze and Zurab Chkhikvadze, in the frame of congress held several important meetings. Representatives of execution facility in the point of view of sharing of experience and receiving the information about successful reforms of other countries. Also reforming of the Georgian execution system, also to inform colleagues about ref0orms of Georgian execution system, held meetings with representatives of France, Netherlands, USA, Belgium, Latvia and other countries. There was expressed deep interest and wish for the deepening of the collaboration and partnership between execution facilities.
