The National Bureau of Enforcement publishes statistics of consultation provided for citizens during 9 months of 2017. From January including September of 2017, the Services and Brand Development Office of National Bureau of Enforcement provided 168 904 different kinds of consultation to citizens. Including:
• 136 348 phone calls of citizens were entered and consulted, which is few thousand times more than in comparison to last year;
• Direct consultation was provided to 31 605 citizens;
• 951 important questions of citizens received via e-mail were answered.
The National Bureau of Enforcement is ready to provide legal consultation to any of the parties of enforcement proceedings, to protect their interests and rights. The policy of National Bureau of Enforcement is to end the dispute by agreement.
