Representatives of the Kazakhstan Government, Ministry of Economy and non-governmental sector visited the National Bureau of Enforcement and got acquainted with the specificity of the activities of agency in detail, including the stages of enforcement proceedings, the approach of the bureau towards debtors, the policy and the results of the agreement. The e-auction and non-enforcement services of National Bureau of Enforcement came in the field of interest of the guests: simplified proceedings, statement of facts, assessment, and insolvency.
The guests visited the Office of National Bureau of Enforcement and viewed the space of consultation with citizens.
The aim of the visit to the National Bureau of Enforcement was to better understand the work of the enforcement system of Georgia and to share the knowledge and experience collected in the field of enforcement.
The Kazakh delegation is visiting Georgia with a four-day official visit and is being informed about ongoing reforms and innovative services in the justice system. Within the framework of the visit, the guests are being acquainted with the specificity and services of the LEPLs working in the field of the Ministry of Justice.
