How to create a modern enforcement system that will be more effective and more adaptable to European standards - Minister of Justice of Georgia held a working meeting on these issues with the executives and enforcement police officers. Tea Tsulukiani introduced the innovations of the Enforcement Code to employees of the National Bureau of Enforcement and enforcement police. According to the statement of the Minister, it is time for enforcement process of Georgia to be improved and to be more adapted to modern European standards. The working group comprising representatives of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia and the National Bureau of Enforcement has been working on the new Enforcement Code for more than a year. The Code shall regulate procedures and enforcement actions related to enforcement proceedings; activities of state and private executives and all the enforcement issues that are not regulated by the current law. The group working on the Enforcement Code will complete working on the new project in the nearest future and will be presented to the public and interested professional groups for subsequent public hearings. The working meeting the Minister of Justice of Georgia was attended by Deputies Minister Aleksandre Baramidze and Mikheil Sarjveladze; chairman of the National Bureau of Enforcement Ioseb Baghaturia and executives and enforcement police officers from all territorial bureaus throughout Georgia.
