The National Bureau of Enforcement introduced the specifics of the activities, enforcement procedures, non-enforcement services and the Bureau's innovations to lawyers and representatives of the financial sector. Independent lawyers and representatives of the banking sector received detailed information about changes in the enforcement proceedings, including the Online Store, recently introduced by the Bureau, where the encumbered items will be placed in the electronic store at a price of 80% of its market value, with the consent of the parties, before the auction, and their realization can be carried out in an online mode.
Such important services of the Bureau were addressed as well as insolvency, statement of facts, summary proceedings. There was a discussion and various comments and interest to innovation were recorded. Representatives of the banking sector and lawyers asked questions and made comments on the changes in the Bureau.
The meeting took place within the framework of the week dedicated to the World Day of Judicial Officers. The National Bureau of Enforcement has already held meetings with students, pupils, various groups of civil society.
The purpose of the meetings was to familiarize with the specifics of the activities of the National Bureau of Enforcement, to increase the awareness about services and to strengthen relations.
