The percentage of cases completed by reconciliation increased by 80 percents in the last four years; According to the successful outcomes of the survey conducted by the Swedish International Development Agency, almost 70% of the population of Georgia believes that the activities of the National Bureau of Enforcement and the judicial officers have been improved in recent years, the credibility to the Bureau and the judicial officers has been increased by 74%. 64% of respondents consider the services of the Bureau as available, and the proceedings - as transparent.
The National Bureau of Enforcement of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia met its professional day with such indicators. The Minister of Justice congratulated on the World Day of Judicial Officer and and the impressive outcomes to the employees of the Bureau. Minister Tea Tsulukiani summed up the results of activities of the National Bureau of Enforcement at the conference dedicated to the World Day of Judicial Officers. The Minister of Justice also talked about plans for the future and, together with the chairman of the National Bureau of Enforcement - Ioseb Bagaturia, thanked 19 judicial officers for the high rate of reconciliation and exemplary performance of their duties.
Such results were achieved in the Bureau after the reforms carried out by the initiative of the Minister of Justice, in particular:
Since 2013, the National Bureau of Enforcement has chosen a strategy to protect the interests of the parties. The service for protection of the interests of the parties was created and the social workers were involved in the enforcement process. Their main function is to find a balance between the interests of the parties, mediation and reconciliation;
Since 2014, an electronic payment system has been introduced. Parties can carry out the transaction without going to the bank;
In 2016, a draft code of enforcement was developed together with the European colleagues.
The conference dedicated to the World Day of Judicial Officers was attended by the Deputies Minister of Justice of Georgia, the heads of the LEPLs operating in the field of management of the Ministry's, and up to 170 judicial officers working throughout the country.
By awarding the judicial officers, the Ministry of Justice of Georgia joins the celebration of the World Day of Judicial Officers, which is celebrated on June 12.
A professional day has been celebrated since 2008 by the initiative of the members of the the International Association of Judicial Officers, to which the National Bureau of Enforcement has joined since 2012.
