At the end of the training course, that lasted for several months, 15 employees of the National Bureau of Enforcement were awarded with the certificates of trainers from the International Association of Judicial Officers. Training of trainers for judicial officers was carried out within the framework of the partnership with the German Society of International Cooperation (GIZ). The training was conducted by the EU experts recognized in the issues of enforcement from the Netherlands and Bulgaria.
The training consisted of 3 stages and each training stage included both active lecture periods, as well as the working component to be carried out independently and pilot trainings.
Within the framework of the activity, those aspects of enforcement proceedings were identified at the first stage, where development of training modules was required. The staff of the Bureau were provided with information on the skills, required to produce the quality training courses.
The purpose of the activity was development of training modules and creation of trainers' teams within the framework of enforcement proceedings,which for the purpose to ensure high-quality enforcement proceedings will provide education to newly-hired employees on the issues of enforcement proceedings, and, in case of legislative news, editing of training materials and retraining of the Bureau employees.
