The National Bureau of Enforcement publishes the statistics of the reconciliation data for 2016.
From January to December 2016, inclusive, the indicators for reconciliation and apportionment between the parties amounted to 8 574 cases in the National Bureau of Enforcement. In the reporting period, 263 cases from the cases of seizure of property from illegal possession were completed with reconciliation and, accordingly, forced eviction was not carried out; for comparison, during a year the enforcement police completed in total 297 cases, of which 83 percent was completed with reconciliation.
In the same period, the auction, announced as a result of reconciliation, was suspended in 479 cases and the property was not sold.
From January to December 2016, inclusive, apportionment of the penalty related to state fees, administrative and criminal cases was carried out for 6 514 citizens.
In the reporting period, 4 377 cases from 7 724 cases of alimony category provided in the proceeding of the Bureau were settled.
For the purpose of reconciliation of the parties, the parties' interests protection managers and the social workers from the National Bureau of Enforcement are actively involved in the process of enforcement proceedings. Their main purpose, depending on the specific nature of the case provided in the proceeding, is organization of meetings and reconciliation, consultation, cooperation and mediation with the appropriate state authorities in order to get assistance.
During 2016, 625 cases were completed with reconciliation with the active involvement of the social workers.
The National Bureau of Enforcement is intended to complete the dispute between the parties through reconciliation.
