The National Bureau of Enforcement publishes the statistics of the reconciliation rate of 9 months of 2016.
From January to September 2016, inclusive, the rates of reconciliation and apportionment among the parties amounted to 5 219 cases.
In the reporting period, forced eviction was not carried out in 207 cases, respectively, the case ended in reconciliation;
During the same period, 319 announced auctions were ended in reconciliation and therefore the property was not sold;
From January to September, 2016, inclusive, apportionment of the state fees and fines in relation to administrative and criminal cases was carried out in 3 689 cases;
In the reporting period, 4228 cases of alimony categories were settled in the Bureau.
For the purpose of reconciliation of the parties, the parties' interests protection managers and the social workers from the National Bureau of Enforcement are actively involved in the enforcement proceedings. Their main purpose, depending on the specific nature of the proceedings, is to organize the meetings and reconciliation of the parties, as well as their consultation, cooperation and solicitation to the appropriate state agencies in order to receive appropriate assistance.
During the first 9 months of 2016, 450 cases were ended in reconciliation and voluntary enforcement through active participation of the parties' interests protection managers and the social workers.
The task of the National Bureau of Enforcement is to complete the dispute between the parties through reconciliation.
