The figures of the incoming calls in the information center of NBE and the number of consultations provided by the consultants to citizens keeps going up in stabile terms. There were 3572 incoming calls made by citizens and 1249 consultations held for them in the NBE reception in April. There have been 20 197 consultations provided by NBE telephone consultants since 2 August 2010 and 11 249 ones - by consultants of citizens' reception since 23 June 2010.
Legal consultants are as a rule asked about necessary procedures for enforcement paper registration, enforcement administration, rules of electronic auction and necessary conditions for participating in the internet auction.
The majority of questions directed to the Information Center concern auction issues. Citizens are interested in the rules of conducting auction and conditions for participation, rules for property sale after the auction. They are also interested in grounds for registration and withdrawal from the Debtor Registry, issues on administrative fines and topics connected with alimony payment.
Information Center of the National Bureau of Enforcement provides to the citizens any information connected with the enforcement administration, provides legal consultations on any issue connected with the enforcement process and connects them with the staff of the National Bureau of Enforcement. Information Center also works on the principle of hotline, any citizen has the possibility to contact us in case of violation of his or her rights.
