Due to recently-adopted legislative amendments, traditionally prolonged procedures and terms of Enforcement and Insolvency Proceedings have considerably been shortened. Consequently, citizens of Georgia will be able to regain their violated rights much faster.
Workers of NBE of Georgia are going to Stockholm on working visit (6.02-10.02). Workshops in strategic management, management principles and methodology are to be conducted within the sidelines of the Visit.
The NBE officers took training courses in devising effective study modules and providing their practical application in the French National School for the Judiciary in Paris, France. The parties exchanged information about drawbacks and advantages of French and Georgian enforcement systems within the study tour.

Interns of National Bureau of Enforcement are taking base training courses in Training Center of Justice. The 75 interns selected amongst the 900 applicants will accomplish their 2-week trainings in the end of December. The trainings are targeted at enhancing qualification of the interns.

High officials of NBE met with the Minister of Justice Zurab Adeishvili and the Deputy Minister George Vashade on 7 December at Ambassador hotel in Kachreti. The Minister was reported about the annual efforts made in NBE in 2011 and got familiarized with the future plans of the enforcement system.
