According to Erekle Ghvinianidze, before the adoption of the new Code, the National Bureau of Enforcement should further refine and make the enforcement system more efficient. Also, the structural arrangement of bailiffs is changing, which will facilitate the timely and efficient completion of each enforcement case.

The Chairman of the National Bureau of Enforcement introduced new chiefs of the Enforcement Bureau of Adjara and Guria and the Enforcement Bureau of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti. Bachuki Papidze will lead Adjara and Guria Enforcement Bureau, and Kakha Kharebava will lead Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Enforcement Bureau.
Erekle Ghvinianidze, Chairman of the National Bureau of Enforcement, introduced new deputy, Lasha Modzgvrishvili.Lasha Modzgvrishvili has been working at the National Bureau of Enforcement since 2010. He is a lawyer by education and has passed the bar qualification exam. During his work at the National Bureau of Enforcement he held positions of the executive of the Kakheti Enforcement Bureau and later he worked as a head of the same bureau. He is also a member of the commission for establishing the fact of ownership of the individual on registration documents in Kakheti region.
